Joann Baroni Dalziel Memorial Foster Care Scholarship

The Joann Baroni Dalziel Scholarship honors the memory of Joanne Baroni Dalziel. The scholarship is awarded to a student who has transitioned out of the foster care system, has a 2.5 GPA or higher, at least 9 NECC credits earned and at least 6 credits registered for the upcoming fall semester.
